Common questions

I paid but credits were not added ›
Credits are added automatically within 60 seconds after payment. If not received after 5 minutes, send us a WhatsApp message with your Razorpay payment ID and registered email address — we will add them manually.
My certificate is not generating ›
Certificates are issued only after completing all chapters AND passing the quiz. Check that your quiz score meets the pass mark. If you have passed and still don't see the certificate, contact us on WhatsApp.
I cannot access a course I enrolled in ›
Some courses are restricted to specific groups or institutions. Check your profile page under "My groups" to see which groups you belong to. If you have an invite code from your institution, enter it there.
How do I get my CME transcript for license renewal? ›
Go to Dashboard → Transcript, or visit /transcript directly. Click "Print / Save as PDF" to download the official A4 transcript with your complete CME record, signature blocks, and certificate numbers.
How can I verify a certificate issued by Medisol LearnHub? ›
Visit https://cme.medisolhealthcare.com/verify and enter the certificate number printed at the bottom of the certificate. No login required — anyone can verify.
